Restoration and Management of the Historic Building Palacio Portella
The Palacio Portella, a 17th-century manor house also known as La Posada Cartoixana de la Portella (1626-1821), was a comprehensive restoration project in which I was involved from the early stages to the final handover of exclusive apartments.
Apartment in Bendinat Mar
Bendinat Mar is a 12-story building located right on the seafront. Originally operating as a first-class aparthotel, it has now been converted into a luxury residential complex. The building was designed to host 79 apartments, all offering spectacular views of the Bay of Palma.
Casa Peletería - Old Town House Reconstruction
My highlighted experience focuses on the reconstruction and restoration of an old house located in the historic town center. The primary goal of this ambitious project was to revitalize the historic structure, ensuring its habitability while preserving its original architectural essence.
